Mongodb is running as a windows service.
Sometimes I can not use the database because the mongodb service is not running. I found that service it is in starting state.
The service can not start and remains in an infinite loop of starting.
The solution that i found is to stop the service, delete mongod.lock and then start the service again.
It is implemented in a newer version a mechanism to auto-recovery after an "unclean shutdown" ?
Thanks,
Gabriel
