SERVER-74658 marked a number of threads explicitly as unkillable in order to preserve the original behavior while changing the default. However, these explicitly marked threads may not actually need to be unkillable.
This ticket should track the work for SP to evaluate such marks that we own, and remove them if they're not needed.
