In DocumentSourceExtension::registerStage(host_connector::AggStageDescriptorHandle descriptor), register an entry in a map that maps stage names to stage descriptors. This map can be a static variable on DocumentSourceExtension.

This is needed so stage descriptor info can be accessed in classes like LiteParsedExpanded (ex: see LiteParsedExpanded::isIntialSource()).
