Now that we could have multiple collscans/ixscans/etc with different collection names in one query solution, we should output these collection names along with the nodes themselves (this would require a change to explain).

Similarly, it would be good to include the join reorder query knob in the list of query knobs we output in explain, for easier diagnosability.
