      Now that RUNTEST_PRESERVE_CWD is getting set on tests, "bazel run --run_under=//:gdb my_test" no longer works. Investigate either fixing the gdb wrapper to be compatible (similar to gdbserver) or an alternative for RUNTEST_PRESERVE_CWD
