      Currently the shardDrainingStatus requires removeShard permissions and getTransitionToDedicatedConfigServerStatus requires transitionToDedicatedConfigServer permissions. However, these are status getters only and thus could have lower permissions (ideally ones which atlas admins have builtin roles for).
