Separate out Coverity scans for different branches to reduce parallel load on Coverity server

      Recently we have seen Coverity server going down when Coverity scans running on Evergreen hosts are trying to commit scan results at the same time.
      Currently, all scans (for master and all stable branches) run at 4 am UTC.
      The short term fix to Coverity server overloading is to just separate out the scans by 20 mins so that commits are not happening in parallel.
