The installer needs to package all flavors of C++ driver dll

      Currently the msi installer only packages 1 flavor of the C++ driver dll. 32 or 64 bit built with VS10.
      With all msis we should package both 32 and 64 bit versions.
      In enterprise we should all package (if necessary) VS2012 and VS2013 build dlls
