Some of these are currently on c-series ec2 host types, which don't provide enough RAM per core to consistently succeed.

A ticket should be created for DevProd Infrastructure to create host types of the m-series (ex. if the task is on a c5.9xlarge, a ticket should be created for making a m8i.16xlarge distro) The evergreen yaml should then be updated to point at the new distro
We should also go through all other release tasks to make sure they aren't running on c-series hosts
