in bazel_coverage from this commit, whose intent appeared to be excluding "*/third_party/*" sources, but the filter seems to be too broad, as it's removing valid coverage, for example from src/mongo/db/modules/enterprise/src/streams/exec/avro_serde_with_confluent_schema_registry.cpp exercised by src/mongo/db/modules/enterprise/src/streams/exec/tests/avro_serde_with_confluent_schema_registry_test.cpp.
