Most of our test extensions use the macro DEFAULT_LOGICAL_AST_PARSE to create test extensions that don't require a full execution life cycle. However, some extensions use this macro when they should in fact implement specific behaviour.
As part of this ticket, identify test extensions which should implement a non-default (NoOp) behaviour. We may potentially want to refactor the macro, splitting it out into separate individual macros.
