In SERVER-113184, we discovered a bug in initial sync that interacts with clean shutdown on the sync source. This revealed that today, we don't have many tests that cover shutdown with other components in Replication. We should decide if this is something worth creating new passthrough suites for.
It may be valid to decide to not do this, if we expect that the odds of catching a bug here would be rare and does not justify the resources that running these suites would cost. If we do add these suites, they should likely be run in an infrequent interval.
