Example: IndexBuildsCoordinator::_startIndexBuildForRecovery does not account for PDIB being enabled or not, resulting in the default hybrid method being logged. This piece of the logging is derived from a field _method which is consumed in a few other places. Perhaps we could even branch on PDIB being enabled in the ctor itself to override the value? (Or, in a patch, do so to flush out cases where we're supplying the wrong _method in the PDIB suites)
