will.buerger@mongodb.com and some of the UX/product team discussed at Search week that we should not prefix uasserts with `Extension encountered error` because we don't want to expose the fact that a stage is implemented as an extension to the user. However, we can leave it for tasserts, as it can make debugging and diagnosing tasserts easier.
