The purpose of this ticket is to define and add useful information about de-prioritization into the $queryStats pipeline. For now, we could consider:

• Short and long running stats
• Admissions stats
• Low priority stats
• Normal priority stats

As part of this ticket the assignee need to investigate exactly which stats are currently being reported, and then add whatever is necessary.
