Improve the validate command checkBSONConformance option to be more granular

      Currently, checkBSONConformance is a boolean flag that switches between kFull and kExended BSON validation modes. It will be more flexible and easier to maintain if we can make checkBSONConformance to specify exactly what checks we want to perform.
