We had to implement nesting of log attributes inside a compile-time defined attribute due to constraints on `DynamicAttribute` making it impossible to provide runtime log attribute names. We should extend `DynamicAttribute` such that we can provide runtime attributes, allowing us to promote extension log attributes to the top-level log.
