It says:

The complete formula for calculating the maximum trial period works depends on 'internalQueryPlanEvaluationCollFraction' as well as this parameter.

But after ~~SERVER-102316~~ it's also dependent on internalQueryPlanTotalEvaluationCollFraction.

The documentation for all three of these parameters should be audited for consistency.
