      We should audit all non-runtime settable parameters to ensure that they really need to only be set at startup and where possible, make them runtime settable. Doing this properly will help us remediate degraded clusters faster because we'll be able to set parameters without requiring a restart, which can take several hours in non-ideal conditions.

      This will directly help us better handle P1 and P2 customer escalations.
