We need to ensure the script can be quickly accessed by Atlas and Enterprise customers in case an escalation happens. 

We have a couple of options 

1. Integrate the script to 10gen/mongo - this will only be accessible to enterprise customers. 
2. Add the script to support-tools 
3. Backport the script to an open source version of mongodb/mongo - I lean towards this option since it is the easiest option for maintenance.
