This ticket tracks improving the default behavior of $natural scans with snapshot/majority readConcern and $_resumeAfter and $_startAfter are omitted. In particular, we should have '_waitLastStableRecoveryTimestamp' default to true as this is (generally) the desired behavior (see comments for more details)
