Run performance test with the random tuning policy with the followings:

• run the following tasks:
  • Mongotune 3-Node ReplSet with Prioritization Execution Control ARM
  • Mongotune 3-Node ReplSet with Prioritization Execution Control Availability ARM
  • Mongotune 3-Shard Cluster ARM
  • Mongotune 3-Shard Cluster with Prioritization Execution Control ARM
  • Mongotune 3-Shard with Prioritization Execution Control Availability ARM
• use the following mongotune config for exec control:

  execution-control:
  {
    dry_run: false,
    tick_interval_ms: 1000,
    min_ticket_count: 2
  }
  

• run test with the initial low prio ticket count as
  • the values defined in DSI's evergreen/system_perf/master/variants.yml (the Pol oracle)
  • 30 (a high count)
  • default values if nothing specified
  • 2 (a low count)
• run the measurements 5 times each to avoid noise
• prepare perf analysis

This ticket does not include the actual verification / understanding of the measured values.
