The view_catalog_test.cpp is currently under the Query module and team ownership. However it is comprised of tests that exercise the catalog side of the views (DDL and persistence) and nothing to do with the query side of views (aggregations and their interpretation). Because of this it is more appropriate to move it to the shard_role module and team ownership.
