Update resharding participants to use a cancellationTokenHolder

      In preparation for SERVER‑108852, update the resharding participants to use the POS helper CancelState. It is a cancellationToken holder similar to the one used in ReshardingCoordinator. This will make it easier to integrate the new cancellation token that will inherit from abortToken in SERVER‑108852.
