      With SERVER-101260, the PBTs started to generate queries with $elemMatch.

      For multiversion tests, this triggers SERVER-101007, which I have verified to exist in 8.0 and 8.2

      Require FCV 8.3 for the following tests:

      • collation_correctness_pbt
      • index_correctness_pbt
      • subplanning_pbt
      • cache_correctness_pbt
