Increase default max FTDC size to 500 MiB

      Currently, the max FTDC size is 200 MiB, but this does often does not provide a long enough history for debugging. On cloud, the smallest instance we run on has 32 GiB of space, so devoting a few hundred MiB to FTDC to get better metrics seems like it shouldn't be problematic.
