The MultipleCollectionAccessor currently uses the term "main collection," but it actually refers to the base collection. This concept likely remains from older times when yielding for base collections was differently from foreign collections.

Since there is no longer a special handling mechanism for base collections, we should remove the "main collection" concept from the MultipleCollectionAccessor. Removing this concept will simplify query processing for queries accessing multiple collections such as join ones.
