As part of SERVER-74993 we introduced a new hook that detects leaked resources. The existing random update, random ddl and refine shard key FSM tests are leaking resources.

Currently the tests are excluded from the hook and kills the corresponding leaked resources.

Ideally the test would always clean the resources itself as hook could detect the server defects where we forgot to clean the resources on the server side.
