As part of SERVER-112053, we re-structured the CAR folder hierarchy to align with CAR modules (shard_role, router_role, topology, and global_catalog) and reviewed the files contained on each module. During this work, some files were identified as not clearly belonging to a specific CAR folder and were temporarily moved to an upper layer.

The goal of this ticket is simply to either:

• Move the files to a more specific folder, or

• Keep them where they are and close the ticket as Works as Designed.

The impacted files are:

• src/mongo/db/cleanup_structured_encryption_data_coordinator.(h / cpp / idl)

• src/mongo/db/compact_structured_encryption_data_coordinator.(h / cpp / idl)
