      To make the `queryAnalysisWriterMinThreadPoolSize` and `queryAnalysisWriterMaxThreadPoolSize` server parameters settable at runtime, we need to make the thread pool used by the QueryAnalysisWriter to be able to be dynamically resized.

      Acceptance criteria:

      • The thread pool used by the QueryAnalysisWriter can be dynamically resized
      • The queryAnalysisWriterMinThreadPoolSize and queryAnalysisWriterMaxThreadPoolSize server parameters are changed to be settable at runtime.
