verbose=true in INI-style config file no longer works

      With the following config file:

      verbose=true

      mongod exits with the following message:

      BadValue The "verbose" option string cannot contain any characters other than "v"
try '/mnt/jenkins/mongodb/unstable/unstable-release/bin/mongod --help' for more information

      The documentation still states that mongod support this: http://docs.mongodb.org/manual/reference/configuration-options/#verbose
