We have marked the RangeDeletionTask module visibility to "needs replacement" meaning that we eventually want this class to private to the data movement module.

We should create accessor functions in range_deletion_util for anything that currently references RangeDeletionTask outside of the data movement module.

Current files where we access RangeDeletionTask outside of the data movement module include:

• sharding_initialization_mongod.cpp
• shard_server_op_observer.cpp
