Summary:

The range deleter script is being productionized and should work with any type of shard key. We should test that it works hashed compound keys. 

Background / Context:

The range deleter script is a background script that is used in customer escalations when the range deleter service is too slow to delete orphan documents. We have had several written for escalations, but none have been thoroughly tested. 

Acceptance Criteria:

• The test should use a hashed compound shard key
• All orphan documents within a specified range should be deleted 
• No legitimate documents should be deleted
