Remove Pipeline::parseFacetPipeline()

      We have the goal of removing all Pipeline parse functions other than parseFromLiteParsed. We've been moving some utility functions to pipeline_factory that can go from BSON, through LiteParsed, to Pipeline. We should take a step in that direction for replacing parseFacetPipeline.
