SERVER-107427 added originalQueryShapeHash to find, agg, count and distinct when the command originates on the router is sent to the shards. originalQueryShapeHash will then appear in slow query logs on mongod. This field allows slow query logs on mongod to be connected to query stats entries aggregated on mongos. However, shards can also act like routers when executing subpipelines. We should expand originalQueryShapeHash to be added to the aggregate commands for subpipeline execution.
