SamplingEstimatorImpl draws its sample from the “main” collection from its “MultipleCollectionAccessor”. This causes all SamplingEstimators constructed for join opt to use sample docs from a single collection, resulting in many zero selectivity/cardinality estimates.

Instead, SamplingEstimatorImpl should not assume which collection it is drawing the sample from; this should be configured via namespace or something similar.
