      SERVER-114039 added move_chunk_errors.js to unify error handling for moveChunk in FSM tests. However, random_moveChunk_index_operations.js overrides the base workload's moveChunk state, so it does not benefit from this.

      We should refactor random_moveChunk_index_operations.js to use move_chunk_errors.js.
