We only add the value to server status when truncate markers exists, which is not the case until async sampling completes (for sync sampling its there after startup).

This prevents AA from realizing that the cluster has the correct metadata, so it retires and blocks the user basically until sampling completes.

This is only a problem on 8.0, on 8.2+ the code was changed so that value is reported always whether truncation markers exist or not
