Currently there's a file named mongo/db/query/plan_ranker that holds plan scoring functionality. Now that there are other files with that same name (mongo/db/query/plan_ranking/plan_ranker.h|cpp) we should rename this ones into plan scoring or similar since that's the logic they hold.
