jstests/core/index/express_pbt.js consistently hits the evergreen timeout (16 minutes) when run in suites with additional overhead, like sharded_collections_pqs_fallback with queryStats enabled.

We should find a way to shorten the runtime so we get test coverage but doesn't run as long – I think we could maybe just reduce the number of runs from 300 to some other reasonable number TBD. This is part of the required tasks so we shouldn't just increase the task time limit.
