      Similarly to how resmoke computes the value of and passes the flag '–loadExtensions' (here). Do the same for the '–extensionsSignaturePubKeyPath' argument. This should also be done under the 'load_all_extensions' resmoke option.

       

      The value of the flag should be the path where the generated PGP key was deposited as a bazel build artifact in SERVER-115285
