Once we remove DocumentSource::registerParser() we won't go through this fatal check: https://github.com/10gen/mongo/blob/9ee104fa8d4995cef2dffc9371cce76e0937168d/src/mongo/db/pipeline/document_source.cpp#L98

We should make sure that attempting to register the same name twice still is startup-fatal
