concurrency_sharded_replication_execution_control_with_prioritization and concurrency_replication_execution_control_with_prioritization were reverted because of BF-40722. However, those suites were already running under different names in the Amazon Linux 2023 arm64 Enterprise (all feature flags) Execution Control with Prioritization build variant.

This ticket aims to understand why they were failing and whether the failures might be unrelated to execution control (or to the semantics of overriding and enabling prioritization). If the issues are determined to be unrelated, these suites may be reintroduced.
