Currently every FLE2 test fails in disagg sharded collection passthroughs. We are not sure why. We should investigate these failures and find the root cause, then fix and enable them in a disagg_sharded_collections_jscore_passthrough suite. This would be the disagg equivalent of sharded_collections_jscore_passthrough
