To add more query disagg coverage on master, let's create a sharded collections aggregation passthrough for disagg using DisaggShardedClusterFixture. This would be the disagg equivalent of aggregation_sharded_collections_passthrough. Any failing tests can be excluded for the time being with TODOs to enable them. out_preserve_coll_options.js is currently expected to fail because of SERVER-115525
