MongoExtensionStaticProperties is the mechanism we have to plug into the host's StageConstraints. We should add properties that match the following constraints:

FacetRequirement
LookupRequirement
UnionRequirement

We should map these new StaticProperties to the StageConstraints in DocumentSourceExtensionOptimizable.

Write some rejection tests for these new constraints as well.
