Clear succeeded sessions from active sessions in LogicalSessionCacheRefresh even if some shard updates failed

      Follow up from https://jira.mongodb.org/browse/SERVER-94001, in addition to continuing the refresh process after some refreshes fail, report which batches were succeeded and failed, so that ones that were successfully refreshed can be removed from the _activeSessions cache. This will fix the underlying problem in the help tickets, even if sessions are not explicitly ended.
