Write concern integration tests randomly run 50% of commands, leading to long execution times in some runs

      SERVER-108247 made it so each command has a 50% chance of being run, but since some commands can have a long timeout (up to 1 minute) there's a high chance we run into the 20 minutes timeout.

      One option is further reducing the chance to 20 or 30%.
