      Our latest-alpha integration tests have started failing on Windows as mongod.exe does not start up properly. Reproduced separately both on a local development machine and a windows-vsCurrent Evergreen spawn host.

      Error message when spawning via GUI:

      The procedure entry point GetProcessWorkingSetSize could not be located in the dynamic link library [...]\mongodb-win32-none-x64-latest-alpha\bin\mongod.exe.
