One suite should run with the extension loaded but not enabled (featureFlagVectorSearchExtension is off); and one suite should run with the extension loaded and enabled (FF is on).

This should run with the real $vectorSearch extension, but if the real extension isn't ready yet we could test it with a mock $vectorSearch extension. Note that this will break if we make changes to the API: we would need to update the extension used to match the server API version.
